General terms and conditions of sales:


- Minimum opening order requirement is $ 500.00.

- Valid sales and use tax ID is required to place an order.

- All prices are subject to change without notice.

- All sales are final.  No returns or exchanges unless merchandise is found to be defective.

- Absolutely no returns without prior written authorization.

- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be shipped back at customer expense.

- Approved returns will be issued credit for future purchase only. We do not send checks.


Payments

We accept wire transfers, credit cards, C.O.D., or certified bank checks.  Business checks are accepted and must be processed and cleared prior to shipping.  Credit terms are available on established and approved accounts only.

Shipping

All prices are net F.O.B. New Jersey and do not include shipping. Orders can be shipped UPS for faster expediting or via common freight carrier or per your routing instructions.


We sell wholesale to trade only.

No sales to individual customers.

We welcome distributors, wholesalers and retail stores.
